Today we introduce you to the remarkable modern, native of Austria, artist Bridget Tonhauser-Merk. She was born in 1943.
The first inspiration came to her right after the first trip to Paris, enchanted by warm sunlight, bright colors and warm greetings from Parisians.
It is there, walking through the creative streets of Paris, Brigitte is studying to get acquainted with oil painting.
The path to creativity was not simple, first brought up four children and helped her husband in the formation of business and only then, she gave herself to her hobby.
After 1996 she studied mostly composite sculpture and oil painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, she was able to resume her creative career.
Despite the fact that being in old age, always filled with positive emotions, works that always convey her mood and feelings of love.
Her colorful painting is always filled with floral compositions, landscapes-abstract, figurative, inspired by the joy of life, light and great freedom.
For Brigitte painting, like a breath of fresh air. Without which life is not life.
