Today we introduce you to the American artist Katie Whipple. Born in 1991, in the USA. After graduating from high school, he moved to New York to study academic painting at Grand Central Atelier.
In 2013, Katie took the second place in the Grand Central Atelier drawing contest and won the Alma Shapiro three-month trip to Rome to study the works of the old masters.
After completing the course, the artist decides to stay in Italy and continue the study of antiquity and the Renaissance for eight months, traveling from Rome to Florence, Naples and other cities in Italy.
Now Katie lives and works in New York. From the very early virginity, she knew 6h then become a professional artist.
Choosing the profession of an artist, she joined the rich and beautiful history of visual presentation, which goes back to the beginning of human existence. The continuation of this story is not for her duty. Rather, self-expression with the help of art manifests its highest aspiration to better understand the human spirit and reflect joy and surprise in the language of oil painting.
Her work, like air marshmallows neatly laid out on canvas. So gentle and airy that we can even smell this breathtaking smell. And each time we return to the memory of the summer, the blooming garden and the beauty of nature that surrounds us.
