Today we will introduce you to a remarkable artist who has repeatedly given master classes in Moscow, Varna, Sofia, Istanbul.
His name is Atanas Matsurev - a modern Bulgarian artist, whose work began with wood carvings.
We know perfectly well that watercolor gives the artist an infinite range of possibilities of expression due to transparency, ease of brush movement and brightness of color.
His work can be attributed to realism, since they are performed with incredible accuracy and reliability. They capture the viewer and transfer to the places imprinted in the paintings.
It is worth only once to look at the work of Atanas and you can not forget your impression of how the artist conveys the sea air, the rustle of autumn leaves.
Atanas Matsurev is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists and is engaged in illustrations for a Canadian company.
His paintings are always realistic, fresh and look alive, like the world around us, and seascapes, and simple moments from everyday life. In his technique, there are no newfangled techniques in fillings, in shades and writing in a wet with incomprehensibly conceived spots.
He controls the brush like a conductor's stick, using an infinite number of colors and shades of watercolor, conveying the smell of the sea and the fragrance of flowers.
Now the artist lives and works in Sofia. His works are in private collections in dozens of countries around the world.
