Today we tell you about the creative path of the young artist Myshlanova Zoya, who works under the pseudonym "Zoya Lanova".

Zoya is 20 years old. She began to draw at the age of 3, first in the drawing circle at school, then at art school. It was there that arose her love for classical painting - still lifes, pots, apples. In order not to lose the skill before entering the university, she attended courses and studied at home on her own.
Drawing for an artist is a rest. “I paint some images for hours to achieve maximum similarity, but this applies only to fantasy works,” explains Zoe.

The artist tried herself in still lifes, landscapes, portraits, decorative and animal painting. She painted both a classic portrait and with the introduction of abstractions.
“I love landscapes and everything connected with roads, mountains, distances. They both beckon, and disturb me, and captivate me with their mysteriousness, spaciousness, and even some kind of their own philosophy. Looking at such landscapes, you can relax and fantasize, and most importantly, they help to engage in the thinking process, considering the “universal themes”.
What are still lifes? These are fixed objects - vegetables in a basket, flowers in a vase on the table, various fixed objects and shadows. However, Zoe believes that this is not just the correct and accurate image of objects. The color and compositional harmony of her still lifes is fascinating, not looking away from them. It's amazing how the most inconspicuous, everyday objects come to life and become true heroes of the paintings.

For the entire creative way the artist has tried a large number of materials. The closest to her were watercolor and oil.
“Watercolor makes it easy to show. In landscapes, you can well convey the aerial perspective, for example, incredible layered clouds. I love oil for the fact that you can rewrite an infinite number of times if something did not work out. "
Among the factors that influence the work of the artist is music, without which Zoe does not take a single step.
For an artist, inspiration is a guest who visits depending on her mood. Even the most inconspicuous at first glance thing can inspire her creativity.

“I’m set on fire with desire - I take and create. I almost always move around with a sketch pad to draw the plot I liked in lines. What if something incredible? Once I accidentally wandered into a courtyard, walking after art school, and sketched an interesting plot: several grandmothers sat on a bench and fed pigeons. At that moment I was transferred their joy and delight from the process. ”
The incredible nature of Altai occupies a special place in the work of the artist. Last summer, Zoe brought about 30 sketches with views of the mountains and the Katun.
Zoe's works are different in mood and energy. “Some are finishing, and everything - joy, satisfaction from the process - this is enough for me, and you can give. And there are such “beloved ones” who don’t want to donate or sell, I want to work them out and work them out ”.
Zoe has a goal - to find people who will like what she does. The main thing is to enjoy the process and make others happy. The artist wants to live among the paintings, among the smell of colors, this is happiness for her. Of course, she dreams of her personal exhibition.

“There is an opinion that the life of an artist is not easy, and that artists are strange. The main feature of this profession is that when you write a picture, you need to go beyond the boundaries. This is a completely different state and dimension. The main thing is to be able to go back to the real world. For this, there must be a reason and a motivation. I have relatives, friends who need to be supported, and I want them to be happy. This is exactly what keeps me in reality. ”
