Our love of painting led us to the city of Novosibirsk, to the wonderful artist Anastasia Svatkova. Her father was an artist, but in his youth in his footsteps to go to Anastasia did not even have a thought!
"As long as I can remember, I always drew something, learned something, invented something, not on a professional level. I never thought that someday I would write and did not realize that there is painting in fact, until about 5 years ago I wrote my first oil painting, "- Anastasia recalls.
Subsequently, the artist is more interested in oil painting, disaccustomed to the academic drawing, learned to draw portraits, still life, learned the laws of painting and attended various master classes. Anastasia continues to improve herself, and constantly learns something new and interesting for herself.
The artist writes, basically, a palette knife. As a rule, in the paintings this is a mixed technique.

Anastasia works in a wholesale company. She likes her work, but there is another world where the artist is filled with energy, good emotions, and a positive charge, and this painting.
"It's not just a hobby, it's a lightning rod for life. You can say that this is hard work, I agree. But, giving, you get. I live so I think so! And this is not just about painting, but about everything. Your mood, which you live when you paint a picture, your time, knowledge, a part of the soul, invested in the work, always return a hundredfold from its new owner in the form of sincere joy and positive energy that comes from him.
