Artist Fedor Dmitrievich Usachev was born in Moscow in 1989, in the family of a famous Moscow architect and artist A.A. Usachev. His grandfather went through the entire war under the leadership of Hero of the Soviet Union Konev. At the same time, he was able to preserve frontal sketches and watercolor portraits of the war period.
Fyodor Usachev continues the watercolor tradition of his grandfather. In 2009, he entered the School of S.N. Andriyaki, then to the University of the Arts in Austria. He starred in the serial "The Brothers Karamazov", where he managed to make more than 50 drawings of famous actors. Since 2009, a member of the International Art Fund.
Fyodor Usachev works in various techniques: watercolor, pastel, engraving, oil. But the most beloved and understandable for him is watercolor.
The variety of color shades of one scale allows the artist to fill his works with sincerity, composition and plot, where every detail is carefully drawn.
In Austria, Fedor was trained in the classes of etching, sculpture, painting, as well as the technique of painting old masters and art history. Upon graduation, the artist returns to Russia.
“Modern avant-garde art always enriches with life experience and gives new themes for reflection and drawing, but it is the greatest love for the country, for culture, for heritage that arises beyond its borders,” says the artist.
In 2007, the first personal exhibition of Fyodor Usachev “Breath of Watercolors” took place in the gallery “Krylatsky Ornament”. In 2009, the second exhibition - "The world is amazing and simple." Also in 2009, the artist illustrates the book by Svetlana Makurenkova “We are all jesters in Venice ...” (River of Times Publishing House).
His portraits are always the integrity and harmony of the inner and outer world, a variety of color shades.
Fedor Usachev is a holder of many international diplomas, a participant in international and Russian exhibitions. His paintings are in private collections around the world.
