Contemporary artist Vladimir Volegov was born in 1957 in Khabarovsk. Vladimir began to paint when he was three years old. His talent has been noted more than once while still at school and at the Lviv Polygraphic Institute. Since 1984, he began an active exhibition activity, while working for some time on the streets of Europe, when he created portraits of passersby. Now he lives and works in Moscow.
