Need an idea like some kind of spiritual message

Today we talk about the artist Alexander Kanavets, who works under the pseudonym Artist Rania. Here is what the artist herself says.
 People sometimes ask me what art is and how to distinguish it from non-art? This is a question from the series "What is beauty? What is good? What is God?"
Art is the instrument with which the creator-artist, by becoming like the Creator of the Universe, creates beauty.
And beauty is something that cannot be defined. This is a spiritual concept, appealing to the subconscious, to intuition.
Long years of preparation, learning the basics of composition, drawing and painting, self-study - all this is necessary, but not enough to create a work of art. There is a need for an Idea, a certain spiritual message, which the artist lays in the work, just as the Creator laid the soul in a person.
My deep conviction: true art is always deeply life-affirming. It acts on a person as a kind word, smile, or noble, unselfish act. He wants to live, breathe, spread his wings and do good.
Are my works of art? Do they have this idea? I strive for this, and when it seems to me that it is beginning to turn out, I am covered with such joy that all earthly pleasures fade.
But if you do not see anything good in my writings, I can’t prove that they are worth something.

I am an artist. From a creative family. Grandmother (Nadezhda Kanavets) - a painter-teacher, parents - architects (Kanavets Vasilina and Leo Batalov), aunt - architect-architect (Bolshakova Natalia) and cousins ​​- Mulin Vasily, graduated from MARHI, and Bolshakov Fedor, studying at MARSH. My first love was also an artist (I will not name him), but after our break I not only tied up with painting for years, but, thank God, I married a programmer.
I am a year. Grandmother throws paint in a saucer. I dip the brush and the little one into it. I am three years old. Mom takes me to the creative studio of Galina Alekseyevna Rozhdestvenskaya (a great teacher, artist and architect). Central House of Artists on the Crimean shaft.
I visit there very often, participate in exhibitions. People ask me: “Who are you? Exhibit or doll? Darkly, quite seriously I answer: "I am an artist."
Galina Alekseevna Rozhdestvenskaya was a man of deep faith. “God leads the hand of a child,” she said. As a child, I knew that painting expresses a state of mind and requires a pure heart.
I am 7 years old. They give me to the creative studio "Edelweiss" to the artist and teacher Elena Fedorovna Obryvalynoy. She teaches me the basics of drawing, painting, composition and history of art. I will never forget with what heat and inspiration she spoke about the meaning of the icon "The Trinity" by Andrei Rublev.
In 8th class my hobby for theater begins. I go to the drama school. My teacher is Alla Andreevna Goncharova, director from the Maly Theater. I play in performances and draw decorations for them. I almost did not go to the artists. I remember wandering through the park and think. Spring blooms around. Sunlit branches sway against the evening sky. And I understand that if I do not learn how to draw, convey the beauty of this world in colors, then I will never forgive myself. And I decide to go to Stroganovka.
