Ballet in painting

Today we introduce you to the artist, a native of Moldova - Diana Taran.
The artist was born in 1974, in the small town of Stefan Voda. After graduating from the Children's Art School named after Shchusev, she decided to link her life with painting, enrolling in the Republican Art and Pedagogical School. Repin at the department of painting. Beginning with the third year, she was fond of the theme of ballet.
She always made a lot of sketches and drew from memory, took additional lessons from teachers, studied the techniques and manners of great artists. And as a result, the thesis "Awakening" on the ballet "Sleeping Beauty". Now this work is in the museums of the college.
Considering the works of Diana you always feel light, airy, almost illusory in her works. Everything speaks of her unique technique of conveying feelings, an emotion that consists of oil and watercolors, brushes and particles of the soul.
She really has her own style in the technique of oil painting, the main tool is the palette knife.
The range of paintings is somewhat complex, which conveys flickering colors, translucent and complementary, creating a fantastic glow.
The artist's works are in private collections around the world, as well as in the museum of Moldova.
In the series of works: ballet and ballet dancers, her works are more like sketches than on finished canvases. So they are transparent and weightless, where ballet plastic is sensual and penetrating.
